Industry perfected shipping procedures are used to ensure your new friend arrives to you in healthy condition. UPS overnight is our preferred method of transit. Minimum orders are $100. Shipping is a flat fee of $50. Orders over $250 receive FREE SHIPPING! Tracking numbers will be provided once the sea creatures are boxed. Ship out days are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Orders must ship within 7 days from purchase. Aquatic animals are guaranteed to arrive alive. If there is a death in transit the remains must be photographed in the original unopened bag. Claims must be submitted within one hour after receiving delivery for refund. Shipping is not refundable.
